Registration Fees
All fees are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.
Registrations are now open to specialist orthodontists and orthodontic postgraduate students.
Early Bird Cut-Off - 31st December 2024
Group Registrations - you may register on behalf of a group of people as attendee or as someone not attending on behalf of other people.
This registration will issue you with a tax invoice prior to payment. If you would like to register a group of people, please use this form.
Registration Inclusions
Full Registration (ASO Member, Non-Member, Overseas Member Orthodontist*, Honorary Life Member, Retired ASO Member and Full Time Academic (not working part time) includes:
Attendance at all Meeting sessions
Morning and afternoon teas and lunches as indicated in the programme
A ticket to the Foundation Dinner (Friday)
Meeting name badge.
ASO Members with outstanding membership fees of greater than 12 months will be required to register as non-members.

An option to purchase a ticket to the Foundation Dinner (Friday) at an extra cost

Time: 7 pm for 7.30 pm – 11 pm

Speaker: Tim Jarvis AM
Tim Jarvis MSc, MEnvLaw is an environmental scientist, adventurer, author, public speaker and film maker with more than 30 years’ experience working in the sustainability field. He is committed to finding pragmatic solutions to major environmental issues related to climate change and biodiversity loss and uses his public speaking, films and books to progress thinking in these areas. He strongly advocates applying outcome-focused, systems-thinking approaches learnt from his successful expedition career to the management of complex issues related to the environment and applies lessons learnt to talk to corporate organisations and educators about purposeful leadership, problem solving, teamwork, change management, goal setting and sustainability.

General Information
Cancellations
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellations before 31 December 2024 - There will be a cancellation fee of AU$150.
Cancellations on or before 1 January 2025 to 13 February 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 14 February 2025 will not receive a refund.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances as above, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our Congress Manager, reg@themeetingpeople.com.au
Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Congress, you must notify us in writing by email reg@themeetingpeople.com.au.
Payment of Fees
Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only) or by EFT.
All registrations will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive an email with written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received.
We suggest you make a copy of this acknowledgement for your own records. Registrations will only be acknowledged once payment has been received.

Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment you will receive a tax invoice.
Liability
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the ASOFRE and the Meeting Managers of the Foundation Meeting accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
Privacy
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
