Registration Inclusions

Full Registrants will be entitled to:

  • One Foundation Dinner ticket on Friday 29th March 2019

* Overseas Orthodontist – An Overseas Orthodontist must be a member of their country’s Orthodontic Association or an International Specialist Orthodontic Association (for example the NZAO, AAO, APOS, WFO).

Orthodontic Academics not practicing part time or Student Registrations (including those who completed their degrees at the end of 2017 and 2018) will be entitled to:

**Foundation Dinner tickets are available for an extra cost of $150 per ticket.

Recent Graduates Lunch and Business Lecture

Date: Friday 29th March 2019
Time: 12.30 pm – 2.00 pm
Cost: Open only to recent graduates (up to 5 years post-graduation) and final year orthodontic students. Complimentary.

Accompanying Persons Morning Tea

Date: Friday 29th March 2019
Time: 9.15 am
Venue: Meet at the Registration Desk
Cost: $25 per ticket

Gather near the Registration Desk for a light morning tea to catch up with other partners and to plan your days activities together. The ticket includes tea or coffee and a light morning tea, and a short tour of the local area.

Final Lecture and Drinks for Delegates and Partners

Date: Saturday 30th March 2019
Time: 4.00 – 5.30 pm for afternoon tea and lecture and
5.30 pm – 6.30 pm for end of meeting drinks sponsored by Henry Schein Halas
Venue: Conference Hall Foyer for afternoon tea and lecture and drinks
Cost: Included in your registration.

Foundation Dinner

Date: Friday 29th March 2019
Pre-Dinner Drinks: 7.00 – 7.30 pm
Dinner: 7.30 – 11.00 pm
Venue: River Room, Crown Melbourne
Cost: One ticket Included with your full registration*. Please indicate whether you will be attending this inclusive event.
Extra Tickets: $150 per ticket

Cancellations

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 15 February 2019. There is a $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

Payment of Fees

Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only) or by EFT.

All registrations will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive an email with written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received.

We suggest you make a copy of this acknowledgement for your own records. Registrations will only be acknowledged once payment has been received.

Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST)

Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment you will receive a tax invoice.

Liability

In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the ASOFRE and the Meeting Managers of the Foundation Meeting accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

Privacy

Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
